Mypharma Insights ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a business management and analytics application for pharmacies and retail stores. Mypharma Insights is a business tool intended for pharmacy and store owners, managers, and their authorized staff. You access the App using credentials provided by your organization. The App is not intended for use by the general public or by children.
When you log in, we process your username and a secure authentication token used to keep you signed in. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in plain text.

This data is retrieved from and stored on your organization's servers. Mypharma Insights acts as a window into that data; the data is owned and controlled by your organization.
To operate reliably and securely, we may process limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and a push notification token.
With your permission, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications (for example, alerts and updates). This requires a device-specific push token.
The App uses your device camera only to scan product barcodes. Images are processed on the device for scanning and are not stored or transmitted by the App.
Location access is optional and only used to enhance certain features. The App functions without it, and you may decline or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
To improve performance and enable offline access, the App caches certain settings and data on your device using local storage (e.g., preferences and a local database). This data remains on your device and can be cleared by logging out or uninstalling the App.

Business and account data is retained by your organization according to its own policies. Locally cached data is retained on your device until you log out or uninstall the App. For questions about retention or deletion of organizational data, please contact your organization's administrator.
Mypharma Insights is a professional business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
